Un-suspend exports to a marketplace

Exports are inventory updates (adds/modifies/deletes) and order confirmation files which Fillz sends to your marketplaces.

If your exports are suspended for a marketplace and you would like Fillz to resume/retry sending them, follow these quick steps:

  1. Log into your Fillz account
  2. Click Marketplaces
  3. Click Edit for the marketplace
  4. Un-check the "suspend exports" box
  5. If the 'Suspend order retrieval' box is checked and you normally use Fillz for order retrieval on the marketplace, be sure to also uncheck this box
  6. Click Save Changes

Exports will be retried within 1-2 hours.

PLEASE NOTE: The status will display "Not Working" until the export has fully completed.
