Exports are inventory updates (adds/modifies/deletes) and order confirmation files which Fillz sends to your marketplaces.
If your exports are suspended for a marketplace and you would like Fillz to resume/retry sending them, follow these quick steps:
- Log into your Fillz account
- Click Marketplaces
- Click Edit for the marketplace
- Un-check the "suspend exports" box
- If the 'Suspend order retrieval' box is checked and you normally use Fillz for order retrieval on the marketplace, be sure to also uncheck this box
- Click Save Changes
Exports will be retried within 1-2 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: The status will display "Not Working" until the export has fully completed.
