Inventory Settings

To get to this page, click on Account then Inventory Settings.

Import

The Import section allows you to set up defaults which will be applied to inventory import files. These defaults will also be applied to items that are created using the Fillz user interface.

  • Decimal Separator in currency values: Make sure the appropriate decimal separator for your prices is selected from the drop down. Example: If your prices are in US Dollars, you should select .(period) and if your prices are in Pounds you should select ,(comma).
  • Will Ship Internationally and Expedited Shipping Available: These settings will apply to all active Marketplaces.
    • If you are uploading an Amazon Open-Listings Report, please ensure that the “will-ship-internationally” and “expedited-shipping” fields correspond with your selection on the Inventory Settings page. Import files will override your settings.
    • Note: some marketplaces require sellers to offer international/expedited shipping, and they will ignore the values Fillz sends.

Export

  • Use the drop down to select the country you will be shipping from.
  • Determine if shipping is domestic based on this location: Only sellers located in the UK need to change this setting. If you set your location to United Kingdom, then specify ‘no’ for international shipping, your Amazon listings will be available for shipping within the UK but not worldwide.

Other Settings

  • Expire inactive inventory items after ___: This option will help to clean up your account. After items sell out or are deleted, Fillz stores the items as ‘inactive’ items. This option will set an expiry date so Fillz can permanently delete the inactive data. Click here for more information.
  • Add cost field to Condition/Price page: Check the box for yes, or leave it un-checked for no.
  • Add source field to Condition/Price page: Check the box for yes, or leave it un-checked for no.
  • Add Amazon Shipping Template field to Condition/Price page: Check the box for yes, or leave it un-checked for no. Click here for more information.
