Order retrieval can be delayed due to several factors. For example, Amazon sometimes takes from 15 minutes up to 4 hours to generate a Fulfillment Report. If you see a delay of over 6 hours, please let us know and we will investigate.
Another reason this may happen is if you have processed an order directly on the marketplace before Fillz had a chance to retrieve it. We ask that you wait until all orders are appearing in your Fillz account before you process them directly online. Fillz will only retrieve new (unprocessed) orders from marketplaces.
Lastly, you may have entered incorrect login information for the marketplace in Fillz. If your email address, username, or password are incorrect, Fillz won’t be able to retrieve orders.
