Refunds cannot be issued through Fillz. If you need to cancel an order or refund a buyer, you need to do so through your marketplace account.
We recommend that you move cancelled/refunded orders to Cancelled status in Fillz, so you won't be charged commission on them (see note below).
To move an order:
- Log into your Fillz account
- Click on Orders
- Click on Browse
- Find the order you want to cancel in Fillz (for help searching, click here).
- Check the box to the left of the order.
- Use the Update Selected drop down to select the Cancelled or Cancelled No Email status (depending on whether or not you’ve set up emails for cancelled orders).
