Cancel/Refund an Order

Refunds cannot be issued through Fillz. If you need to cancel an order or refund a buyer, you need to do so through your marketplace account.

We recommend that you move cancelled/refunded orders to Cancelled status in Fillz, so you won't be charged commission on them (see note below)

To move an order:

  1. Log into your Fillz account
  2. Click on Orders
  3. Click on Browse
  4. Find the order you want to cancel in Fillz (for help searching, click here).
  5. Check the box to the left of the order.
  6. Use the Update Selected drop down to select the Cancelled or Cancelled No Email status (depending on whether or not you’ve set up emails for cancelled orders).
  • You will not be charged commission on orders that have been canceled by a buyer or marketplace if you move them to "Cancelled" status in Fillz before the 2nd day of the month after the order came in. For example, if you received an order on September 3rd and the buyer cancels or requests a refund, as long as you move the order to "Cancelled" status in Fillz before October 2nd, you will not be charged a commission fee for the order.
  • Moving an order to “Cancelled” status on Fillz DOES NOT cancel the order on the Marketplace. All refunds must processed directly on the Marketplace.
