Amazon shipping templates are created directly in your Amazon Seller Central account, on the "Shipping settings" page. Assigning SKUs to your shipping templates sets your Amazon shipping rates, speeds, and additional options such as international or prime shipping. For help creating, editing, or deleting Amazon shipping templates, click here.
Once shipping templates have been enabled in your Amazon account, the international/expedited shipping check boxes within your Fillz listings will no longer apply to Amazon listings. Only your Amazon shipping templates will determine the shipping options Amazon buyers will see.
To add SKUs to your Amazon shipping templates, you can set default templates in Fillz for each Amazon, or set specific templates within each of your listings.
IMPORTANT: The template name entered must match the template name exactly as it is saved in Amazon. This includes capitalization and spacing.
Using One Template at Amazon?
If you will only be using a single shipping template for your Amazon listings, you can configure this on the Marketplaces->Edit page of your Fillz account for Amazon. This is the section you will need to fill in:
The default template will be applied to all new and modified listings.
To apply your default template to existing listings, you will need to perform a marketplace purge on Amazon through Fillz. Note that if you have listings on Amazon which are not in your Fillz account, you should not perform a purge as it would delete the listings.
Using Multiple Templates at Amazon?
If you are using multiple different shipping templates at Amazon, you will need to enter shipping template names within each Fillz listing. This will assign the SKUs to your shipping templates at Amazon.
- If you import files into Fillz, you can import them in the Fillz Inventory Loader format to indicate which shipping template should be applied to each listing.
- If you enter items using the Create Item page, click here for details.
- If you enter items using the Condition & Price page, click here for details.
Updating Existing Listings with Multiple Templates
If you would like to modify your existing inventory in Bulk, export a copy of your inventory out of Fillz in the Fillz Inventory Loader format, edit the file using a product such as Excel, and then import your changes into Fillz to update your inventory. Be sure to import the changes with the Fillz Inventory Loader format selected. To be safe, only import the fields that you want to make changes to.
